Virginia Palms International is the most sort after Wedding venue on the Northside. We are proud to host over 100 Wedding Receptions each year. Our Kentia Room, Alexander Room and Royal Room are each individual in their style and character allowing your Wedding to reflect your personality and imagination.
We also have a tree-lined courtyard which is the ideal venue for an intimate ceremony providing a unique location for memorable photographs.
We can cater for Weddings of 10 guests through to 160 guests - no matter what the size of your Wedding you are guaranteed to receive personalised and attentive service at a venue that is second-to-none.

Kentia Room
The Kentia Room is the most formal of our reception rooms, featuring an adjoining bar area complimented by a magnificent baby grand piano. This area is an elegant backdrop for your pre-dinner drinks where the atmosphere can be enhanced by a touch of jazz from your very own pianist. Stylish French doors lead from the foyer area into the stunning room where from the apex ceiling drape large chandeliers. Featuring a large wooden dance floor, this room can comfortably seat from 50 guests to 120 guests at oval tables.

Alexander Room
The Alexander Room is our largest reception room. Recently renovated, this room features neutral tones and has a large wooden dance floor. The ceiling in this room features polished wooden panels and mood lighting to create a warm atmosphere of intimacy and romance. The Alexander Room features large double glass doors that open out onto your own private outdoor courtyard area. This courtyard area not only has a stunning water feature but also overlooks one of our resort style pools, making it the perfect place for your pre-dinner drinks. This room can comfortably seat 60 - 160 guests at round tables or banquet style.

Royal Room
The Royal Room is the most intimate of our reception rooms providing the perfect setting for weddings of 40 guests to 70 guests seated at round tables. The room features an adjoining courtyard area for your pre-dinner drinks which is undercover and secluded. This room is individual in its character featuring modern wooden shutters and a made-to-measure dance floor designed to suit your needs. Like the Alexander Room, the ceiling features polished wooden panels and mood lighting to give your special day that magical touch.
